Available Options:
Taller Bed- Raises the height of the platform bed and bed legs.
Box Spring Upgrade- Allows the use of box springs with the mattress. (Includes the three inch taller bed legs.)
Higher Footboard- Adds a seven inch high matching footboard to the bed.
Dark Oak Finish- Optional darker finish for all oak platform beds and oak tables, dressers and drawers.
Bigger Gap- Raises the height of the headboard to allow for thicker mattresses like innersprings.
Double Slat Option- 2" wide slats with 4" gaps come standard with our beds. This option doubles the amount of slats for a more solid surface. 2 in. wide slats with 4 in. spaces between each slat is standard for laminated spruce slats. 2 in. wide slats with 4 in. spaces between each slat is also standard for optional solid poplar slats. Some mattress manufacturers require a solid foundation with no spaces or gaps and choosing the "extra poplar slats option" will meet those requirements in most cases.
Extra Long Option- Makes a standard twin or full size bed into an extra long twin.
*Please Note: When selecting from the Boxspring Upgrade, 3" Higher Bed or 3" Bigger Gap options, these options cannot be used together. Only one may be used per bed.

| Your standard bed is made to accommodate a 6" to 9" thick mattresses. If your mattress exceeds 9" you may need to upgrade into one of the following options below. Please note that the options will adjust the height of your legs. If going into a spot with limited space, please keep this in mind. Dimensions are shown below. Or If you need your bed to have more space underneath or if you need to use a mattress-boxspring combo on your bed frame you can select from those options below. Please note you can only use one of these options at a time per bed. |
